Body Engineering is a private limited company, established since 1989. Our Directors Paul Body and David Body have been involved in the sub-contract machining industry for a combined 50 years.

We are a family company that prides itself on long-term relationships with its customers, based on providing a flexible, cost-effective and quality service.

With our substantial technical expertise and considerable financial standing we are ideally placed to make the necessary commitments to fulfilling major long-term contracts.

As the UK's leading supplier of tank track pins, the British Ministry of Defence is one of our major UK customers. We have also supplied components to export customers in Greece, France, Singapore, Scandanavia and the Middle East.

With a dedicated team of experienced machine operators we have the capabilities to produce a diverse range of components. This range covers components that vary from the smallest threaded parts such as central heating radiator air vent screws and blocks through medium sized safety critical steering components for the automotive industry to track pins for 65 tonne main battle tanks.

With vast experience of machining the toughest of materials and the most complex components, we can advise and estimate component production for customers to help them achieve their targets.

The majority of components we manufacture are of a safety critical nature and our quality management system has been developed to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. We consistently retain registration to BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
