Meet the founder and Director of the company, Christine Dawson.

Christine holds a strong belief that everyone has the potential to become the person they want to be. Quest for Success has been created to enable her to share her values and beliefs with others and support, encourage and challenge them during their journey towards their goals. Her vision is to see individuals and organisations succeed through mutual support within a coaching culture.

Christine comes from a strong public sector background, including IT, Science, Personal Coaching and a variety of complex Business environments, over the last 16 years.

As an accomplished Business Consultant and Coach, with experience covering Programme and Project Management, Client Management, Managing Change, Strategy Development and Developmental Coaching, Christine really understands business environments and the challenges they face on a daily basis.

Christine benefits from a degree level education with post-graduate qualifications in Water and Environment Management, Business Management and Coach-Mentoring.
Christine gained her Coach-Mentoring qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in association with the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, two of the few organisations who have received a kitemark of accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. This means that she works to their Ethical Code at all times, giving you peace of mind that the services you buy have a guarantee of quality.

All Coaches are required to undergo regular supervision, to ensure their skills are maintained and that they achieve continued professional development. Christine regularly receives supervision from other experienced coach-mentors.

Christine is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Christine resides in Oldham, Lancashire with her partner Glyn. She is a keen horse woman, pictured here with her 22 year old thoroughbred Ziggy. She also enjoys dancing and regularly attends tap, jazz and contemporary classes. She also has a love of motorsport.
